Krueger Sheet Metal was engaged to provide architectural metalwork and custom fabrications for 400 Dexter, including façade panels, trim, metal cladding, flashings, and other envelope elements. The building’s design demanded precision alignment with CollinsWoerman’s architectural vision and LEED guidelines, requiring close coordination with engineers and subcontractors to meet performance, thermal, and aesthetic standards.
Our team fabricated the metal systems in our Spokane Valley facility using advanced equipment and strict quality-control protocols to maintain tight tolerances.
On-site, we worked with installation crews to ensure seamless transitions, perfect integration with glazing systems, and long-term durability against Seattle’s climate. The result is a striking, high-performance building that anchors South Lake Union’s biotech corridor.
