Hill 7 is a modern, mixed-use residential complex in Seattle. Krueger provided critical architectural metalwork and façade systems designed to balance aesthetics, durability, and efficient installation.
Krueger was hired to deliver the exterior metal systems including cladding panels, trim, soffits, and specialized trim elements. The design required harmonized alignment with decorative features, window systems, and structural components to present a clean, contemporary façade.
Manufactured in our Spokane Valley facility, every metal component underwent rigorous precision fabrication and quality-check protocols. Tolerances were held to ensure ease of installation and minimize field adjustments.
On-site installation was carried out under tight urban constraints, coordinating with general contractors, glazing teams, and other trades. The Krueger team focused on perfect transitions, weatherproof sealing, and durable performance to meet Seattle’s climate demands — delivering a façade that complements the modern look of the development.
